AEA Welcomes Jenna Schlageter as Head of Business Development for AEA Growth
Ms. Schlageter will oversee the AEA Growth team’s origination strategy, manage intermediary relationships, and drive deal sourcing efforts.
March 21, 2025 – AEA Investors (“AEA” or the “Firm”), a leading global private investment firm, today announced that Jenna Schlageter has joined the Firm as Head of Business Development for AEA Growth, AEA’s growth equity strategy. In this new role, Ms. Schlageter will oversee the AEA Growth team’s origination strategy, manage intermediary relationships, and drive deal sourcing efforts.

Prior to Joining AEA, Ms. Schlageter led business development for Bow River Capital’s Private Equity strategy, where she focused on service companies in tech-enabled business, industrial, and healthcare end markets. Previously, she spent 14 years in banking roles at BMO and NBH Capital Finance, providing financing solutions to closely held businesses and private equity firms for growth capital, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and syndications. Ms. Schlageter holds a B.S. from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
