Lisa Xiao is a Vice President on AEA’s Growth Capital team. In her role, she focuses on growth investments in software, healthcare services, and tech-enabled services businesses.
Prior to joining AEA, Lisa was an Associate at TPG Capital on its North American buyout team in San Francisco. Lisa began her career at J.P. Morgan in the Mergers & Acquisitions group in New York.
Lisa has an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.
