
Andreas Kramvis
Operating Partner

Andreas is an Operating Partner on AEA’s Middle Market Private Equity team. In his role, Andreas is focused on working with deal teams to acquire portfolio companies and to maximize value creation during the hold period. Andreas serves on the boards of API Technologies, Excelitas Technologies, NESFircroft, SitelogIQ and Spectrum Plastics Group.
From 2000 to 2017, Andreas held successive positions with Honeywell as President and CEO of Environmental and Combustion Controls, as President and CEO of Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies and held the position of Vice Chairman responsible for a number of major initiatives across the Corporation. From 1987 to 2000 Andreas was President International and led the electronic security business of Pittway Corporation (acquired by Honeywell in 2000) and established it as a leader in the global marketplace. Andreas was a Vice President and subsidiary President of Comtech, a Swiss based high technology venture company and, also, held positions in finance, marketing and general management with Cadbury-Schweppes PLC in the UK.
Andreas is a graduate of Cambridge University where he received a B.A. in electrical sciences. He also holds an M.B.A. from Manchester Business School.
